Junior Project Manager – Mortgage Lender (Hybrid, Glasgow)

About the role

This is a junior‑level Project Manager / Business Analyst position within a specialist mortgage lender. Working on a hybrid schedule (three days onsite), you will support strategic business change across the mortgage lifecycle and collaborate with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of projects and business‑change initiatives.
• Create and maintain project plans, status reports, RAID logs and governance documentation.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, risks and stakeholder communications.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings and project discussions.
• Support business requirements gathering, documentation and process mapping.
• Assist with impact assessments, solution design and testing activities.
• Coordinate implementation, business readiness and post‑go‑live support.
• Contribute to project governance, prioritisation and reporting.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the mortgage market, including underwriting, affordability, completions and servicing.
• Experience supporting projects, change initiatives or business‑improvement programmes.
• Excellent organisational, stakeholder‑management and communication skills.
• Proactive, hands‑on problem‑solver able to thrive in a growing, evolving environment.
