Junior Project Manager – Service Delivery

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join the Service Delivery team of a fast‑growing technology business in the financial infrastructure sector. Based in Glasgow, you will work three days a week on‑site, managing small‑scale projects from order through to deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of concurrent small projects (15‑20+ at a time).
• Coordinate end‑to‑end delivery of customer orders, from request to deployment.
• Work closely with engineering, networking and internal delivery teams to ensure correct configuration and delivery.
• Track hardware, shipments and installation timelines to keep schedules on track.
• Communicate customer expectations and provide regular updates.
• Use Jira to manage workflow, tasks and delivery progress.
• Identify and resolve potential risks or delays proactively.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years’ experience in a coordination or delivery role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Calm under pressure and comfortable with high‑volume activity.
• Proactive ownership and a drive to improve processes.
• Experience working with stakeholders across different teams.
