Junior Proposals Coordinator

About the role

Join a leading commercial refurbishment and fit‑out contractor as a Junior Proposals Coordinator. Based in Croydon, you will support the Pre‑Construction team by creating compelling bid submissions, client presentations and marketing collateral that showcase the company’s expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Bid Manager in preparing high‑quality proposals and tender documents.
• Design and layout bid decks, presentations and marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Pre‑Construction teams to gather project information.
• Maintain proposal templates and ensure brand consistency across all outputs.
• Manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Recent graduate, junior graphic designer or marketing professional.
• Strong eye for design, layout and visual presentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in construction, architecture or the built environment.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficient in Adobe InDesign.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (desirable).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
