Junior Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist broadcast and media recruitment agency in Milton Keynes. You will start with structured training and mentorship, working towards becoming a fully‑rounded 360 recruiter as we expand across EMEA and US markets.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage talent on LinkedIn, job boards and our internal database.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and media‑sector clients.
• Meet weekly KPIs while receiving coaching and mentorship.
• Progress to handling end‑to‑end recruitment processes.

Required profile

• Competitive, goal‑oriented mindset.
• Strong communicator, confident on phone and in person.
• Team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
• No prior recruitment experience required – drive and attitude are key.
