About the role
We are seeking a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist broadcast and media recruitment agency in Milton Keynes. You will start with structured training and mentorship, working towards becoming a fully‑rounded 360 recruiter as we expand across EMEA and US markets.
Key responsibilities
- Source and engage talent on LinkedIn, job boards and our internal database.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and media‑sector clients.
- Meet weekly KPIs while receiving coaching and mentorship.
- Progress to handling end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
Required profile
- Competitive, goal‑oriented mindset.
- Strong communicator, confident on phone and in person.
- Team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
- No prior recruitment experience required – drive and attitude are key.
