Junior Sales Executive

About the role

Our client, a family‑owned business with a strong reputation for customer service and quality, is expanding its sales team. They are looking for a Junior Sales Executive to support the sales and customer journey in a busy showroom environment. The role combines sales support, customer service and administrative duties.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and face‑to‑face.
• Provide a professional and welcoming experience for customers.
• Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks.
• Prepare customer documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Manage and update customer information in internal systems.
• Assist with product presentation and maintain high showroom standards.
• Support stock promotion across online platforms and sales channels.
• Coordinate customer handovers and ensure paperwork is completed accurately.
• Build positive relationships with customers throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, administration, retail or a customer‑facing role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Professional and personable approach with confidence speaking to customers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
