About the role
The Retail Associate will work across two stores in the Dorset/Hampshire area, presenting and selling jewellery while delivering first‑class customer service. You will be responsible for product advice, sales, needle‑piercing, light repairs and visual merchandising.
Key responsibilities
- Present jewellery to customers and advise on product features
- Drive sales and upsell additional items
- Perform needle‑piercing and undertake light jewellery repairs
- Provide first‑class customer service and handle enquiries
- Take payments, issue receipts and guarantees
- Maintain visual merchandising in windows and cabinets
- Carry out general administration tasks
Required profile
- Superb customer service skills
- Professional retail background, preferably in jewellery
- Confident and professional communication
- Proactive, bright and detail‑oriented
- Computer literacy

What we offer
- Salary: DOE per annum
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Training and development opportunities
- Full‑time schedule: 5 days per week, Monday‑Saturday 8:45 am‑5:00 pm (Thursday and Sunday off)
