Junior Social Creative – Always‑On Content for Snacking Brands

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Social Creative to join Boomerang’s MARS social creative production team. You will help drive always‑on social content for iconic snacking brands such as M&M’s, Maltesers, Twix, Snickers and Extra, working closely with editorial leads, producers, designers and community managers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop fun, original and on‑brand social content for daily calendars and reactive campaigns.
• Interpret briefs and turn them into clever insights, concepts and monthly content plans.
• Brief and guide designers, motion designers and other creatives to deliver high‑quality assets.
• Write copy that matches each brand’s tone of voice and resonates with the target audience.
• Present ideas to clients and sell creative solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in an agency environment.
• Strong instinct for internet culture, trends and pop‑culture moments.
• Ability to work at the speed of social media with tight deadlines and low budgets.
• Team‑player who is proactive, curious and responsible.
