Junior UX/UI Designer – Brighton (Hybrid 3 days onsite)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior UX/UI Designer to join a fast‑growing environmental software company on the outskirts of Brighton. You will work on a variety of design projects, from user‑focused product interfaces to digital marketing assets, while developing your skills in a supportive, long‑term environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and refine UX/UI for web‑based software products.
• Create digital assets such as website elements, email templates and marketing graphics.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure visual consistency.
• Maintain and evolve design guidelines across multiple channels.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI or related design work.
• Must reside in the Brighton area and be able to work on‑site three days per week.
• Either a relevant degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or 2+ years of commercial UX/UI experience.
• Local graduates with a solid portfolio will also be considered.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma (hard requirement).
