About the role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Workshop Technician to join a market‑leading technical equipment manufacturer in Falmouth. The role is based in a workshop environment, Monday to Friday, and offers specialist training to develop your STEM skills.
Key responsibilities
- Build, assemble and test a range of technical equipment.
- Assist in the manufacturing and repair of mechanical and electrical components.
- Follow health and safety procedures and maintain a tidy workshop.
- Participate in internal training programmes and continuous development activities.
Required profile
- Highly motivated individual with a background in any STEM discipline.
- Ability to commute from Falmouth, Truro, Redruth, Helston, St Ives, Newquay, St Austell or surrounding areas.
- Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3, HND, HNC or equivalent experience.
