About the role
Our client is seeking reliable, physically fit individuals to join a small team as Kerbside Loaders on a temporary, ad‑hoc basis in Salisbury. You will be responsible for collecting recycling and waste from residential streets and ensuring it is safely transported back to the processing facility.
Key responsibilities
- Collect kerbside recycling and waste from designated residential areas.
- Work as part of a three‑person team to load and transport materials to the facility.
- Follow health and safety procedures to handle waste securely.
- Represent the organisation professionally when interacting with customers.
Required profile
- Physically fit and able to lift and move waste safely.
- Effective team player with good communication skills.
- Available to work Monday‑Thursday 7:00‑15:15 and Friday 7:00‑14:45, including Bank Holidays.
- Willing to undergo full training and induction before starting.
