Key Account Manager – Construction & Equipment Hire

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to lead the development of construction tool and equipment hire accounts for a nationally recognised business. The role is home‑based with a focus on building long‑term relationships across the group and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, win and grow new and existing key accounts within the construction equipment hire sector.
• Maintain and deepen long‑term relationships with clients to maximise account performance.
• Work autonomously to plan your own workload and schedule to meet targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
• Contribute to the company’s market‑share expansion plans.

Required profile

• Proven account management experience in construction, tool or equipment hire.
• Demonstrated sales track record with ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Strong understanding of the hire market and client needs.
