Key Account Manager - Subsea & Offshore Energy

About the role

Motive Offshore Group, which combines equipment rental, manufacturing and testing, inspection and certification (TIC) services across the global energy industry, is looking for a Key Account Manager based in Aberdeen (open to other locations). The role manages a group of key client accounts, develops client-specific strategies, grows the sales pipeline and acts as the main point of contact for clients, working closely with the Head of Key Accounts within the Commercial team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned key accounts, set and deliver client plans and monitor progress against targets
• Build and maintain client relationships, including Buyer Profiles covering contracts, vessel tracking and project performance
• Collate information across Motive regions and hold quarterly client feedback meetings
• Keep leads and quotations in the Salesforce system and track MSAs and frame agreements
• Lead large-value tenders from lead through to contract award, following ATT and ATC processes
• Agree budgets with the Head of Key Accounts, track secured versus targets and run loss analysis
• Promote the company's People, Planet and Product values and HSEQ compliance

Required profile

• Significant key account management, commercial and/or sales experience, ideally in the subsea or offshore energy sector and across international markets
• Proven track record of growing client accounts and meeting or exceeding pipeline and revenue targets
• Understanding of contracts and terms and conditions relevant to the business

Required skills

• Strong presentation skills and the ability to influence and communicate with all levels of staff
• Strong organisation, planning, change and time management, and good decision-making
• Good computer literacy
