Key Production Operative - Picker

About the role

Morrisons is recruiting a Manufacturing Key Operative - Picker at Deeside Industrial Park, Deeside, to work within the warehouse team. You will deliver the goods-in and goods-out processes in a safe, efficient and hygienic environment, supported by the management team, so that orders are picked accurately and efficiently and downtime is kept to a minimum.

Key responsibilities

• Pick stock and load it onto pallets or cages, stacking securely and carefully
• Ensure orders are picked accurately and efficiently, keeping downtime to a minimum
• Work in a safe, efficient and hygienic environment

Required profile

• Can tell the difference between good and poor quality products and take the corrective action required
• Complies with site and business policies such as health and safety and food safety
• Active role with a good level of fitness
• Effective time management, communication and problem-solving skills
• Enjoys teamwork and is comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse with varied temperatures
• Must have reached school leaving age
