About the role
We are looking for a part‑time Keyholder to join the Levi’s flagship store on Regent Street. The role involves 12‑hour shifts across weekends and one weekday, acting as a crucial link between our products and customers while supporting the store’s Stylists.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Levi’s brand values.
- Support store management with daily operational tasks, including opening and closing the store when senior managers are absent.
- Motivate and guide the sales team to meet KPIs and personal sales targets.
- Maintain visual standards and assist with stockroom organization and deliveries.
Required profile
- Passion for the Levi’s brand and alignment with its values.
- Proven experience meeting retail KPIs and sales targets.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work collaboratively.
- Experience supervising a shop‑floor team.
