Kitchen and Bathroom Design Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Kitchen and Bathroom Design Consultant to join our leading kitchen and bathroom provider in Warrington. You will work directly with customers, guiding them from the initial enquiry through to the final installation, delivering premium kitchen and bathroom designs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑to‑one service to customers, from enquiry to delivery.
• Design kitchens and bathrooms that meet customer requirements and exceed expectations.
• Offer product and design advice, including the latest trends and technical information.
• Visit customers’ homes to take measurements and conduct consultations.
• Achieve sales and service targets while maintaining a consultative approach.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering excellent customer service in a retail environment.
• Experience in sales or a consultative retail setting (e.g., showrooms, furniture, automotive).
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Curiosity and willingness to explore customer needs thoroughly.
