Korean Speaking Sales Administrator

About the role

K-People Europe, a specialist Korean recruitment consultancy, is partnering with a global blue‑chip client to hire a Korean speaking Sales Administrator. The role will manage end‑to‑end ERP sales transactions, support financial reporting and forecasting, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ERP sales processes including quotations, contracts, purchase orders, invoicing and project completion.
• Process sales leads, maintain accurate customer data and create sales documentation.
• Perform monthly closing activities, forecast revenue and profit, and prepare performance reports using Excel.
• Collaborate with procurement, HQ, vendors and customers to resolve sales‑related issues and support project execution.

Required profile

• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, V‑Lookup).
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong analytical ability to handle large data sets.
• Ability to commute regularly to Weybridge.
