About the role

Primary schools across Broadstairs are looking for enthusiastic KS1 Supply Teachers to provide high‑quality classroom cover on a flexible, short‑term basis. Key responsibilities

• Deliver well‑prepared lessons and maintain clear expectations for cover responsibilities.
• Manage classroom behaviour and create an inclusive learning environment.
• Build positive relationships quickly with pupils and staff.
• Adapt to different school settings and support pupil wellbeing and achievement.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – candidates without QTS are also encouraged to apply.
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 1.
• A positive, flexible and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Commitment to supporting young learners to reach their full potential.
