KS2 Supply Teacher – Catholic Primary Schools, Wakefield

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Key Stage 2 (KS2) teachers to provide supply cover for Catholic primary schools in the Wakefield area. As a supply teacher you will deliver the curriculum while upholding the Catholic ethos of each school.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver daily lessons for KS2 pupils across core subjects.
• Maintain classroom discipline and manage pupil behaviour effectively.
• Mark and provide feedback on student work as required.
• Adapt quickly to different school environments and timetables.
• Support school policies and follow established planning frameworks.

Required profile

• Qualified primary teacher with experience teaching KS2.
• Willingness to work in a Catholic school setting and respect its ethos.
• Highly motivated, reliable and punctual.
• Flexible and able to think on your feet.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to build rapport with pupils.
