Labourer – Residential Sites in Oxford

About the role
We are recruiting Labourers for a variety of residential construction projects in and around Oxford. Both long‑term and short‑term positions are available, giving you the flexibility to match your personal schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out general labouring duties on site.
- Support tradespeople and site managers as required.
- Load and unload materials safely.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines.
Required profile
- Previous labouring or site experience preferred but not essential.
- Valid CSCS card if required for the site.
- Strong work ethic, reliability and ability to work as part of a team.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
