About the role
Randstad is seeking up to five labourers for a residential construction site in Salisbury. The role is short‑term, with an initial one‑week assignment starting on a Monday, and offers the possibility of longer placements depending on project needs.
Key responsibilities
- Assist on‑site with general labouring duties.
- Support tradespeople and site managers as required.
- Load and unload materials safely.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines.
Required profile
- Previous labouring or site experience preferred but not essential.
- Valid CSCS card if the role requires it.
- Strong work ethic, reliability and ability to work as part of a team.
- Eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom.
