Land Agent – Rural Property & Valuation Specialist

About the role
This permanent position is based in Truro and involves travelling across Cornwall to support a well‑established property consultancy. You will work on a varied portfolio of rural land and property projects, providing valuation, sales and advisory services.
Key responsibilities
- Valuing rural land and property for sales and development.
- Negotiating sales and securing new business opportunities.
- Advising clients on rural property strategies and land use.
- Attending agricultural events and conducting site visits.
- Developing and maintaining client relationships throughout the sales process.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Farm Agent or Rural Surveyor.
- Strong negotiation and business development abilities.
- Good understanding of rural property and agricultural sectors.
- Willingness to commute to a Cornwall office or relocate.
