Land & New Homes Director

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Land & New Homes Director to join an independent estate agency in Sutton. Working closely with the business owner, you will drive the growth of the land and new homes division by identifying development opportunities and building strong market relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure land and development opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, landowners and investors.
• Market and sell new‑build developments.
• Conduct site visits, land inspections and development appraisals.
• Negotiate deals and manage transactions through to completion.
• Monitor local market trends, planning activity and emerging opportunities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in land, new homes or residential development.
• Strong understanding of the development and planning process.
• Proven ability to generate business opportunities and negotiate deals.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Knowledge of the Sutton property market and surrounding areas.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage your own workload.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
