About the role
Cubitt & West is recruiting a Senior Sales Advisor in Sutton. The role is office-based, with opportunities for on-the-go viewings, and sits within a full-time estate agency position.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers in buying or selling homes
- Present, negotiate and manage sales
- Generate leads and drive business growth
- Offer top-tier service, arrange viewings and appointments
- Take part in a daily team meeting
Required profile
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in estate agency
- Positive, driven and eager to make things happen
- Passionate about learning and self-development, with a genuine customer-focused mindset
- Energetic, ambitious and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Own car and full driving licence (essential)
What we offer
- Basic salary of £21,750 plus uncapped commission, with guaranteed earnings for the first 4 months and further support to reach a minimum combined income of £30,150
- Work pattern of 5 days per week including some Saturdays (one day off in three)
