Landscape Architect (or Assistant) – Full‑time

About the role

AHR is seeking a qualified Landscape Architect or Assistant to join its multi‑award‑winning practice on a full‑time basis. The successful candidate will work on a variety of projects across sectors, contributing to healthier, safer and smarter environments while supporting design through all RIBA stages.

Key responsibilities

• Assist or lead landscape design projects at various stages, providing technical support.
• Prepare appraisals for planning applications and environmental statements.
• Create drawings and documentation using Revit.
• Appraise sites for opportunities, restrictions and risks.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, planning departments and the public.
• Support business development, bids and marketing activities.
• Participate in financial management of projects and attend regular meetings.
• Conduct site visits, coordinate with consultants and ensure QA procedures.

Required profile

• Degree or Post‑Graduate Diploma in Landscape Architecture, preferably Landscape Institute accredited.
• Chartered status CMLI or progression through the LI Pathway to Chartership (P2C).
• Minimum two years of professional experience in a UK‑based role.
• Right to live and work permanently in the UK without sponsorship.
• Reasonable to excellent Revit skills (preferred).
