Latin America Travel Designer

About the role

Join a luxury private travel company as a Latin America Travel Designer, creating bespoke, responsible holidays for discerning clients. You will combine your passion for the region with strong sales skills to deliver memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with guests via video call, email and phone to understand their preferences.
• Design and curate tailor‑made itineraries across Latin America and related destinations.
• Close sales, manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues.
• Support the marketing team by contributing editorial content.
• Build and maintain relationships with local suppliers and source new travel products.
• Travel to destinations, gain first‑hand knowledge and share insights with colleagues.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in luxury tailor‑made tour operations.
• Personal experience and deep interest in the Latin America region.
• Commitment to sustainable, responsible travel.
• Ability to work in a diverse, supportive team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Calm under pressure, problem‑solver and motivated.
