Law Graduate – HNW Trusts & Corporate Services

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated law graduate or private‑client paralegal to join a respected Trusts & Corporate Services team that advises high‑net‑worth individuals, families and trustees. You will work alongside experienced lawyers, gaining hands‑on experience in trust administration, estate planning and private‑client matters.

Key responsibilities

• Support the administration of trusts and estates.
• Assist in preparing trust documentation and legal correspondence.
• Liaise with high‑net‑worth clients, trustees, executors and professional advisers.
• Assist with probate and estate administration matters.
• Prepare legal documents, reports and file notes.
• Conduct legal research and maintain accurate client records.
• Support fee earners on a wide range of private‑client and trust matters.
• Ensure files are managed efficiently and comply with regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• LLB or equivalent law degree.
• Ideally up to 12 months’ experience in trusts, probate or private‑client law (not essential).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
• Professional, client‑focused approach and ability to work collaboratively.
• Genuine interest in a career specialising in trusts, estates and private‑client work.
