Lawyer Support Associate – 6‑month Fixed‑Term Contract

Woodstock Legal Services, in partnership with Lawhive, is looking for a proactive Lawyer Support Associate to join its remote UK‑based team on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. You will be the operational backbone for lawyers, ensuring smooth case management, compliance, and client onboarding.

• Send ID checks and client care letters via the Legl e‑verification system and certify IDs using paper‑based checks.
• Open and manage new legal files in the LEAP platform, ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
• Provide day‑to‑day support to consultants and the internal legal team, handling queries via email, phone or Teams.
• Assist with onboarding new consultants and build strong working relationships across the business.
• Troubleshoot client issues, review verification results, and maintain accurate documentation of source‑of‑funds information.

• Previous experience in an admin, operational or customer‑support role, preferably within a legal environment.
• Strong attention to detail, highly organised and able to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to spot gaps and take ownership of solutions.
• Professional, discreet handling of sensitive client data.

• Familiarity with the LEAP legal practice management system.
• Experience using the Legl e‑verification platform for ID checks.
