LCV Service Advisor – Dagenham

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) Service Advisor to join our busy commercial vehicle dealership in Dagenham. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for customers bringing in LCVs for service, maintenance and repairs, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from arrival to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and manage their LCV service and repair requirements.
• Book vehicles for servicing, maintenance and repairs.
• Liaise closely with the workshop to ensure efficient and timely completion of work.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Prepare estimates, invoices and process payments.
• Maximise service department opportunities while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Follow all manufacturer and dealership processes and procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in the commercial vehicle or motor trade sector.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage a busy workload.
• Professional, proactive and team‑focused attitude.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
