Lead Agentic Engineer (MedTech)

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Agentic Engineer to design, build and deploy AI‑powered software that supports clinical and operational decision‑making in a fast‑growing MedTech company. The role sits at the intersection of full‑stack development and emerging agentic AI, delivering intelligent applications that have real‑world impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of AI‑enabled web applications using React, TypeScript and Node.js.
• Integrate large language models, AI agents and automation capabilities into production‑ready solutions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable software.
• Shape the technical direction of agentic AI within the business.
• Ensure responsible AI practices, testing, version control and monitoring are embedded in the development lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a software engineer building modern web applications.
• Strong interest and hands‑on experience with agentic AI systems and large language models.
• Ability to work autonomously and lead a technical team.
• Background in regulated environments such as healthcare or life sciences is a plus.
