Lead AV Installation Engineer (CEDIA Certified)

About the role

We are seeking a CEDIA‑certified Lead AV Installation Engineer to join the premier AV systems integrator in London’s high‑end residential market. You will lead a team of installers, ensuring projects are delivered to award‑winning standards, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead on‑site installation, configuration and commissioning of Crestron and Lutron systems.
• Manage project documentation and client liaison throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate a team of installation engineers and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in high‑end bespoke or MDU AV projects.
• Proven ability to lead on‑site teams and manage client relationships.
• Strong understanding of IT home networking and smart‑home technologies.
• Passion for home cinema, high‑end audio and smart‑home solutions.
