Lead Consultant – Learning & Career Development (Oracle Fusion)

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Lead Consultant to deliver Oracle Fusion HCM Learning and Career Development solutions for UK public‑sector clients. You will guide projects through the full Software Development Life Cycle, configure learning and performance modules, and translate technical concepts into clear business insights.

Key responsibilities

• Configure Oracle Fusion Learning components such as catalogs, courses, specializations, offerings, activities and learner access rules.
• Support mandatory training, renewal/expiry rules, compliance tracking and career‑development features (development plans, career paths, skills, competencies).
• Gather and document business requirements for learning administration, manager visibility and reporting.
• Coordinate with HR, compliance, security and reporting teams to enable role‑based learning access and operational dashboards.
• Design and execute test scenarios for course creation, enrollment, completion, withdrawals and approvals.
• Assist with integration, data migration and reporting requirements for learning content and learner records.
• Prepare user guides, administrator hand‑over documents and support artefacts for HR operations.
• Resolve production issues related to catalog visibility, enrollments, completion status and alerts.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM functional consultant, preferably in the Learning and Career Development domain.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements, manage integrations and drive data‑migration activities.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical solutions to both technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
• Experience working with UK public‑sector clients is a plus.
