Lead Consultant – Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud (Technical)

About the role

Infosys is seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud solutions for UK public‑sector clients. The role blends deep technical expertise with business process knowledge, guiding projects through the full software development life‑cycle and translating complex solutions for both technical teams and senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules for UK clients.
• Utilise HCM technical tools such as HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas and Payroll Batch Loader.
• Conduct client workshops on integrations, data migrations, and reporting for Payroll, OTL, Absence and related modules.
• Drive discussions with technical, business and management audiences, covering data mapping, environment planning, testing and change requests.
• Apply SDLC best practices, including Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), playback sessions and creation of technical training material.

Required profile

• 14+ years of experience delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
• Proven experience in the UK public sector, covering Core HR, Recruitment, Learning, Talent Management, UK Payroll, Pension, OTL and Absence.
• Strong ability to communicate complex functional and technical concepts to diverse audiences.
