Lead Officer – Housing ICT (CX Asset Management)

About the role

The client is seeking an experienced Lead Officer to steer the Housing ICT function, with a focus on Civica CX Asset Management. This four‑month contract is primarily remote, offering the chance to shape asset data quality, reporting and system integrations for a major housing programme.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the CX Asset Management function across the organisation.
• Manage housing asset data including stock condition, SAVA surveys and EPC information.
• Maintain planned and completed maintenance records and equipment inventories.
• Provide guidance on Decent Homes requirements and support compliance monitoring.
• Develop and maintain reporting solutions using SQL, SSRS and Power BI.
• Support system integrations and interfaces, including Total Mobile Cloud Dialogues API, Azure Storage Explorer and SharePoint EDM.
• Collaborate with Housing, ICT and business stakeholders to improve data quality and system performance.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Civica CX Asset Management and housing asset management processes.
• Proven ability to work with stock condition data, SAVA surveys and EPC information.
• Understanding of planned maintenance, Decent Homes standards and asset forecasting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Desirable experience in local government or social housing environments.

What we offer

• Daily rate of £500‑£650 (Umbrella), dependent on experience.
• Four‑month contract, part‑time (2 days per week).
• Fully remote work with occasional site visits.
