About the role
VodafoneThree is building a new Wholesale team to reshape the UK connectivity market. As Lead Partner Manager – Retail MVNO you will drive the wholesale strategy, create new revenue streams and strengthen partnerships that enhance the customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute an ambitious wholesale strategy for the Retail MVNO segment.
- Drive sustainable growth and launch new revenue opportunities.
- Forge and manage powerful partnerships with MVNO and retail stakeholders.
- Ensure high‑quality customer experience across all wholesale initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in partner management within the telecom or wholesale sector.
- Strong understanding of MVNO business models and retail distribution.

- Hybrid working model – 2‑3 days in the Newbury office, 8 days per month minimum.
- Full‑time permanent role (37.5 hours per week, Monday‑Friday).
