Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture client relationships across engineering, manufacturing, financial services and logistics.
• Win, manage and deliver recruitment opportunities from start to finish.
• Source, engage and place high‑quality candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle and develop talent pipelines within specialist markets.
• Provide an exceptional experience for both candidates and clients.

Required profile

• Previous experience in agency recruitment, preferably in a 360 role.
• Ambitious, commercially minded and relationship‑focused.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Collaborative team player who thrives in a social, supportive culture.
