Learning & Development Manager

About the role

RLB is seeking a strategic Learning & Development Manager to shape and deliver the L&D strategy across the UK and Europe, fostering a future‑focused learning culture that supports business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of a future‑focused learning strategy across the UK and Europe, aligned with the People & Culture and 2030 Business strategies.
• Drive a culture of continuous learning using digital technologies, AI‑powered solutions and learning analytics to enhance employee capability and business performance.
• Design and oversee leadership, management and professional development programmes, including early‑career and qualification pathways.
• Manage digital learning platforms, analytics dashboards and AI‑enabled tools, ensuring data‑driven insights and scalable delivery.
• Partner with senior leaders and external providers, and manage the L&D budget and team.

Required profile

• Significant experience developing and executing L&D strategies in complex, fast‑paced organisations.
• Proven track record designing leadership, management and professional development programmes, including apprenticeships and qualifications.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, able to advise senior leaders.
• Excellent analytical ability to use data and reporting tools for measuring learning impact.
