About the role
Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming school in Brentwood from September. You will help pupils achieve their full potential in a positive, inclusive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide classroom and learning support to pupils, both academically and socially.
- Assist pupils with additional learning needs and help them engage with the curriculum.
- Maintain up‑to‑date safeguarding practices and follow school policies.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills and a patient, nurturing approach.
- Right to work in the UK and an enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
- Two professional child‑related references.
- Relevant teaching assistant or learning support qualifications are desirable.
