About the role
We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming two‑form entry primary school in Southwark. You will work directly with pupils from EYFS to KS2, providing one‑to‑one help and small‑group interventions to help them achieve their full potential.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver tailored 1:1 support for pupils with varying needs.
- Lead small‑group intervention sessions across EYFS‑KS2.
- Assist children with special educational needs (SEN) within the classroom environment.
- Collaborate closely with teachers and parents to monitor progress and adapt learning strategies.
Required profile
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a school setting.
- Demonstrated passion for supporting pupil development.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Flexible, positive approach to daily challenges.
