About the Role

Join Milk Education in making a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners. We are seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants (SEN) to provide essential support within specialized schools and educational settings across Stoke-on-Trent.

Main Missions

  • Provide tailored individual and small-group support to students with diverse needs, including Autism and SEMH.
  • Foster effective communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation throughout the school day.
  • Collaborate closely with teaching staff to adapt lesson plans in alignment with individual Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP).
  • Implement positive behavior management strategies to maintain structure and routine.
  • Encourage student independence, self-confidence, and holistic personal development.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in supporting children or young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • A patient, resilient, and compassionate approach to student welfare.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • A proactive attitude with a genuine passion for inclusive education and supporting additional needs.
