Lease Extension & Enfranchisement Lawyer (Hybrid/Remote)

About the role

Join a nationally recognised lease‑extension team that handles around 350 cases a year across England and Wales. You will work on a varied caseload of lease extensions, enfranchisement and right‑to‑manage matters, supporting both freeholders and leaseholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of lease‑extension, enfranchisement and right‑to‑manage cases.
• Supervise and train junior solicitors and paralegals.
• Maintain high standards of client care and communication.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing for all matters.
• Delegate work efficiently and collaborate with specialist litigators when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum three years’ dedicated experience in lease‑extension, enfranchisement or right‑to‑manage work.
• Proven ability to supervise and train junior staff.
• Strong client‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Track record of solid billing performance.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
• Enthusiastic team player with good organisational and IT abilities.
