About the role

We are seeking a Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor to join a well‑regarded firm that is expanding its specialist practice. The role offers autonomy, the chance to work with both freehold landlords and leaseholders, and the opportunity to influence the future direction of the department.

Key responsibilities

• Manage leasehold enfranchisement matters for freehold landlords and leaseholders from start to finish.
• Provide strategic legal advice and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, generating new business and referrals.
• Collaborate with partners and senior colleagues to shape departmental strategy.

Required profile

• 3–10 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in leasehold enfranchisement work.
• Proven track record of handling both landlord and leaseholder matters.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
