Lecturer in Global Business Management

About the role

We are seeking a Lecturer to join our BA (Hons) Global Business Management programme in partnership with the University of Suffolk. The role involves delivering undergraduate modules across a flexible schedule that includes weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess student work to meet defined learning outcomes.
• Develop, update and improve course materials and teaching resources.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to engage students.
• Participate in staff development activities, peer observations and departmental meetings.
• Maintain accurate student records and provide timely feedback.

Required profile

• Master's degree in a relevant subject (PhD desirable).
• Previous UK higher‑education lecturing experience in business or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of the subject matter and ability to supervise student work.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and manage workload independently.
