Lecturer in Global Business Management

About the role

We are seeking a Lecturer to join our BA (Hons) Global Business Management programme in partnership with the University of Suffolk. The role involves delivering management‑related modules to undergraduate students across flexible teaching times, including weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess student work to meet defined learning outcomes.
• Develop, update and improve course materials and teaching resources.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to engage learners.
• Participate in staff development activities, peer observations and departmental meetings.
• Maintain accurate student records and produce timely reports.
• Stay current with developments in the subject area and student support practices.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in a relevant subject (PhD desirable).
• Previous UK higher‑education lecturing experience in business or a related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the subject matter and experience supervising student work.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines.
