Legal Analyst – Contract Review (3‑month project)

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing legal‑tech firm that supports major financial institutions in digitising large contract portfolios. The role is a short‑term contract (initially three months) focused on high‑volume review of financial services agreements, extracting key data and ensuring consistent digitisation.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse financial services legal agreements for accuracy and completeness.
• Extract, validate and record essential data points into structured formats.
• Support the remediation and quality‑checking of contract data.
• Collaborate with the technology team to ensure smooth integration of extracted data into the digitisation platform.
• Maintain detailed documentation of review processes and outcomes.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in legal document review, contract review, legal operations or related legal‑tech projects.
• Comfortable handling high volumes of legal documentation with a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to work independently, follow detailed instructions and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organisational and detail‑oriented mindset.
