Legal Cashier (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑focused Legal Cashier to support our legal finance function, focusing on property transactions and completions. You will help ensure compliance with the SRA Accounts Rules and manage day‑to‑day financial operations within a supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process client and office account receipts and payments.
• Manage a high volume of property transactions and completions end‑to‑end.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Ensure transactions are accurate and comply with SRA Accounts Rules.
• Maintain internal controls and regulatory standards for all financial processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in legal cashiering.
• Exposure to property transactions and completions is a plus.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model based in Poole, Dorset.
• Excellent knowledge of the SRA Accounts Rules.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Experience using legal accounting software.
• Excellent communication skills.
