Legal Counsel – Commercial Contracts & SaaS

About the role

Dexory is reshaping warehousing and logistics with data intelligence. As an in‑house Legal Counsel you will join a small, commercially‑focused legal team and take ownership of a wide range of legal and compliance matters, primarily around commercial contracting.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate customer and supplier contracts, acting as the lead negotiator.
• Collaborate with Procurement, IT and other departments to review supplier agreements, conduct risk assessments and secure approvals.
• Assist the General Counsel in ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations across operating markets.
• Develop, implement and support compliance programmes and training initiatives.
• Support the General Counsel in managing disputes, litigation and other legal proceedings.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (LPC or SQE) with 3–5 years post‑qualification experience.
• Proven experience in commercial contract management and negotiation.
• Previous in‑house legal experience, preferably within a technology or SaaS environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to give clear, practical advice to non‑legal stakeholders.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑growth setting.
