Legal Counsel – Corporate & Commercial (London)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Legal Counsel to join a dynamic, small‑team environment in London. The role offers a hybrid working model (three days in the office) and will expose you to a wide range of matters across corporate, commercial, technology and more.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate transactions, commercial agreements and technology‑related matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, licences, and other legal documents.
• Support the business on regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Collaborate closely with a team of fewer than five lawyers, handling diverse tasks day‑to‑day.
• Assist senior counsel with complex transactions and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in a strong private practice firm or an in‑house legal team.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
• Interest in developing a broad commercial law skill set.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
