About the role

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer to join a globally recognised organisation operating across multiple jurisdictions. The role sits within a highly regarded Legal and Governance team, collaborating with UK and international colleagues to deliver strategic and hands‑on employment law advice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on employee relations, disputes and litigation across the UK and other jurisdictions.
• Support HR teams on complex employment law issues, including investigations and whistleblowing matters.
• Manage and track global litigation cases, coordinating with external counsel as required.
• Draft, review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
• Deliver training, guidance and self‑service legal tools for internal stakeholders.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments and brief senior leadership on emerging risks.

Required profile

• Qualified UK solicitor with at least 6 years post‑qualification experience in employment law.
• Proven track record advising on complex employment and HR matters, including investigations and disputes.
• Broad commercial legal experience gained in‑house or in private practice.
• Ability to operate effectively in a complex, international environment.
