Legal Counsel (Employment)

About the role

Join Coca-Cola Europacific Partners as a Legal Counsel specialising in employment law. You will work closely with the Associate Director, Legal – Employment and senior stakeholders, providing day‑to‑day legal advice that supports the business and its people.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on employment law and employee‑relations matters, including flexible working requests and data subject access requests.
• Support complex disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and restructuring activities.
• Manage employment tribunal claims in partnership with external counsel.
• Draft and review HR policies, employment contracts and settlement agreements.
• Assist with Code of Conduct issues and internal investigations.
• Contribute to projects and legislative changes, such as updates to the Employment Rights Act 2025.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 1–3 years post‑qualification experience in employment law.
• Strong knowledge of collective consultation, TUPE and employment tribunal practice.
• Experience working closely with HR and employee‑relations teams.
• Excellent communication and drafting abilities.
• Proven ability to build relationships, provide pragmatic advice and manage competing priorities.
• Desirable: experience in a unionised environment, European Works Councils, or cross‑border employment matters.
